Our Investment Model 

We manage a flexible capital model designed for businesses who want exposure to early-stage innovation without building a fund.

  • Each investment is offered individually through our portal, with a clearly defined allocation and minimum check size.

  • Participation is deal-by-deal. no lockups, no capital commitments, no fund overhead.

  • A flat management fee is applied per investment, covering sourcing, diligence, and platform operations.

  • All documents, updates, and activity are tracked through a private client portal.

Each opportunity must be independently assessed and all investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the participating business.

We do not charge success fees. Our compensation is a flat management fee tied to each deal and covers sourcing, deal execution and due diligence carried out by our internal team. We never charge startups to represent them or collect success fees for a successful raise.

All members must be in good legal standing to make investments. International entities must comply with US laws, be based in countries where they are legally able to invest in US based opportunities and transfer funds through. All investments are executed through a third party financial platform that requires separate onboarding and compliance.
